Regards Kim Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Regards Kim. By using the service, a merchant agrees to these Terms.

Service

Regards Kim is a merchant tool that connects with Shopify and a support inbox to help organise, review, write, and send customer support email.

Merchant responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and store information.
• Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate support operations.
• Review app outputs and remain responsible for business decisions, policy decisions, and approved customer communications.
• Maintain the security of connected accounts and credentials.

Approvals and automation

Regards Kim is intended to assist with support workflows. Merchants remain responsible for the replies they approve and send.

Billing

Paid access, trials, and subscription state may be managed through Shopify billing flows where applicable. Pricing, trial availability, and subscription status are subject to the merchant's active billing state.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Acceptable use

Merchants must not use Regards Kim to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, mislead buyers, or abuse connected platforms or APIs.

Termination

A merchant may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and disconnecting integrations. We may suspend or terminate access if needed for abuse, security, platform compliance, or legal reasons.
